Star Trek: Geordi La Forge

So this is me back in August at a friends 30th birthday party. being a little nerdy and always wanting to paint myself up i decided upon Gerordi la forge.
I bought an oldskool star trek costume off Ebay for £20, you can buy new star trek outfits that do the same job.
The brown face paint was easy to apply as it was more of a paste than a paint which can be a mission. remember to have a shower when you get in though, otherwise it will go everywhere!
The most important part of the costume is the visor which i made myself. i bought a banana hair clip from Claires accessories for £3 and then found some silver paint in my garden shed an used some gold paint a friend had. Here is a close up that shows you how simple it is to make. to attach it to your head use two small lengths of garden wire which allow for some free movement.
